Properties for Rent


Thank you for your interest in our properties for rent!   Please let us know if you have any questions about any of the listings below.

  1. MOST IMPORTANT: Click  HERE  to read our Rental Qualification Criteria. Your application will not be approved if you do not meet our rental qualification criteria.

  2. You must see the property in person before applying for a property. Please contact the Listing Agent on the property below, or your own Realtor, to make an appointment to view the property.

  3. To APPLY ONLINE:  Click on the property address below, and then click APPLY ONLINE.  Once you apply, you will be directed to pay the application fee online.

  4. Every person 18 years old and over must fill out an application and pay the app fee.

  5. Submit supporting documentation for each applicant as quickly as possible to  [email protected] .  If you have any questions, please email this same email address.
    1. Copy of Drivers License
    2. Income verification:
      • Your 3 (three) most recent pay stubs for each job.
      1. If you don't receive pay stubs, the three (3) most recent month's bank statements.
      2. ONLY if you are self-employed, two (2) most recent year's tax returns, and three (3) most recent month's bank statements
    3. If you have a pet, submit a picture of your pet with you. No aggressive breeds will be allowed. We reserve the right to meet your pet in person.
    4. Click SUPPLEMENTAL FORMS TO SIGN to download and sign the TWO supplemental forms to attach to your application.

We cannot process your application until all the above are completed and/or submitted.  If you application is not competed within 48hrs, it will be closed out and you will need to contact us via email to re-open your application.  As a company, we do business in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Law and welcome Persons of all Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Handicap, Familial Status, or National Origin.

There may be MULTIPLE applications being processed for each property.  We cannot guarantee that you will be the only application.
