Our History:  
Grapevine Realty started on Main Street in Grapevine TX as a Century 21 franchise in 1978. After being purchased by another Century 21 office in Irving in 1990, Ken Johnson purchased the name 'Grapevine Realty' in 1990.  In 1995, Grapevine Realty branched out as an independent Brokerage and business.  In 2012, Chris Badger came on and led the team. In December 2021, Desmond Fergusson bought Grapevine Realty. He has been managing properties for 30+ years, and he looks forward to serving the people of Grapevine and the surrounding areas with his wife Hannah. Hannah got her broker's license in 2021 after working for Grapevine Realty as an agent for the past 6 years and is passionate about helping people find their dream home. While all the same people are here to help meet your needs, we are excited to grow into more areas in the DFW Metroplex as DAF Property Group, Artisan Texas Real Estate, and Grapevine Realty.

Desmond has managed rental properties for the last 30 years and has a passion for taking meticulous care of properties and upgrading them to get to their optimal value. Hannah specializes in luxury homes senior communities, new construction, and investments. Prior to her real estate career, she developed an extensive background in medical sales and advertising. Hannah and her husband Desmond live in Colleyville with their daughter and two sons. They love remodeling, staging (showing new potential buyers what the house could look like with a little TLC), and helping their clients get the most value out of their homes, taking a dream and making it a reality.

Gary earned his real estate license back in the early 90’s. He initially used it in the commercial sector by managing high rise office buildings in Fort Worth, Dallas, Kansas City and Chicago. In 2007, Gary switched the use of his license to the residential sector. Since then, he has assisted hundreds of Buyers, Sellers, Tenants and Landlords each year with their real estate needs.

Gary is very patient and genuinely cares about his clients. He takes time to really listen to their needs and objectives so he can concentrate his efforts on fulfilling what is important to them. He takes great care in developing market analysis comparisons so his clients know a home's worth as they endeavor to set pricing and/or negotiate an offer. Gary is not pushy, yet he offers expert advice so his clients are well informed about the various aspects of a real estate transaction.

Lucie's love of real estate started in her childhood, when her family moved fairly often. They were always painting and decorating on a single Mom budget. She learned from the best how to visualize and implement improvements, turning a house into a home.

In 2004, Lucie earned her first real estate license in the State of Florida as a sales associate, and in 2006 her broker-associate license in Colorado. She has transacted more than 100M in real estate, specializing in distressed vacation properties in luxury neighborhoods. She was a house–flipper before HGTV made it popular.  She earned her Texas real estate license in March 2016 and brings her 36-year expertise of living in and flipping houses in Texas. She will specialize in Grapevine, Southlake, Grand Prairie, Wise County, Lake Bridgeport in both home and farm/ranch sales, and in College Station. She is very well educated in Green Construction, being concerned with being good stewards of our resources, and has worked on several USGBC, L.E.E.D. projects. She has also earned the Military Relocation Specialist designation, the Luxury Home Marketing designation, and the Home Staging certificate.

Lucie is a Mother of 5 grown children, 2 of whom have served our great country in the military. Lucie is very proud of their service and sacrifice. She is a grandmother of 7 grandchildren. She lives her life by the Golden Rule, and is guided by her faith. She speaks Russian and French, holds a B.S. degree from Florida Institute of Technology in Interdisciplinary Science with concentrations in Physics, Mathematics, Oceanography and a minor in Sustainability.

Carrie Kennedy has been in this industry for over 20 years as Office Manager and Bookkeeper, and holds a respected reputation throughout Tarrant County, She received her sales agent license in March 2020.  She is very organized, detail-oriented and loves people, which are wonderful qualities for a Business Manager position. Carrie has been married to Derek Kennedy since July 2000, and they have 3 beautiful children, Clark, Lana and Kara. She is an active member of Gateway Church in North Fort Worth. She loves meeting new people, has a passion for serving and helping others, enjoys going on date nights with Derek, watching Clark and Lana play baseball, shopping with Lana, hosting karaoke nights with her extended family and friends, and watching the Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys.
